What you’ll walk away with
Not knowledge.
A shipped product.
Every week ends with something real in production. By Friday of week six, you have a live URL, a working checkout, and your first users.
Scope an idea that’s actually shippable
Cut your “someday” idea down to a v1 you can finish in six weeks — and learn to spot the features that are killing your momentum.
Design a product that feels intentional
A repeatable UI system — type, spacing, color, components — so your MVP looks like a real company built it, not a weekend hack.
Wire up auth, a database, and payments
The plumbing that scares most builders, done live together: sign-in, a real schema, and Stripe Checkout taking actual money.
Deploy and watch what real users do
Push to production, add analytics and error tracking, and read the first real signals so you fix what matters, not what you assume.
Run a launch that gets your first users
A launch-day playbook — landing page, waitlist, the post that works — so going live means signups, not silence.
A network of builders who keep shipping
A small cohort that ships alongside you and a private alumni community you keep for good — the part that outlasts the six weeks.

Find & scope your idea
Pick a problem worth solving, validate it in a day, and ruthlessly cut scope to a v1 you can finish. Deliverable: a one-page product brief.
5 lessons · Week 1 - 02
Design the MVP
Build a clean design system and wireframe the core screens in Figma — enough polish to feel real, not so much you stall. Deliverable: clickable prototype.

Payments & auth
Most lovedStand up sign-in, model your database, and wire Stripe Checkout end-to-end — live, together, until it takes a real payment. Deliverable: a working paywall.
7 lessons · Week 3 - 04
Build the core loop
Ship the one feature your product lives or dies on. Daily async reviews keep you honest and unblocked. Deliverable: the working core feature.
6 lessons · Week 4 - 05
Deploy & instrument
Push to production on a real domain, add analytics and error tracking, and harden the rough edges before anyone sees it. Deliverable: a live, monitored app.
5 lessons · Week 5 - 06
Launch day
Run the launch playbook as a cohort — landing page, waitlist, the announcement post — and get your first real users. Deliverable: a public launch.

Maya
Castellanos
Founder · ex-Stripe design engineer
Maya has shipped twelve products in eight years — two acquired, one that quietly pays her rent. She spent four years at Stripe building the Checkout surfaces millions of businesses use, then left to teach builders the unglamorous middle: the part where most ideas die.
She’s taught six Cohorts to 640+ builders. Her whole thing is simple: you don’t need another course, you need to actually finish one — so every session ends with you pushing real code.
From the last cohort
People who finally shipped.
I’d started this same idea four times and quit four times. Week 3 was the unlock — Stripe stopped being scary. I launched on the last day and made my first $40 that weekend. Surreal.
The cohort format is the whole thing. Knowing 24 other people were shipping the same week I was made me show up. I went from zero backend experience to a deployed app with paying users.
Best $69 I’ve spent on my career, full stop. Maya’s feedback on my launch post got me to the top of the feed and 300 signups on day one. The alumni Slack alone is worth it.

The risk is on us
Show up, do the work — ship, or it’s free.
If you make the live calls, do the work between them, and still haven’t launched something real by the end of week six, email us for a full refund. No forms, no hoops. We’d rather you ship than keep your $69.
Questions, answered.
Still curious? See enrollment
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for about 6–8 hours: roughly two hours of live calls plus four to six hours building your project. The builders who get the most out of it treat the live sessions as non-negotiable and do the work between them.
Do I need to already know how to code?
You should be comfortable with the basics of JavaScript and have built at least a small project before. You do not need backend, database, or payments experience — that’s exactly what weeks 3–5 teach. Total beginners tend to find it overwhelming; we’ll happily point you to a warm-up first.
What if I miss a live session?
Every call is recorded and posted within a few hours, and you keep lifetime access to all of them. Questions still get answered in the cohort Slack between sessions, so missing one live call won’t put you behind.
Is the $69 price really one-time?
Yes — one payment, no subscription, no surprise upsells. It’s the founding-cohort price and it includes lifetime access to recordings, every future update, and the alumni community. The price goes up for Cohort 08.
