Per-team pricing. The price equals your AI credit pool. No markup.
Clearly bills per team, not per seat. The price you pay equals the dollar pool of AI credits your team gets that month. There is no AI markup — Clearly's margin comes from infrastructure, not metered AI.

Switching tier
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. All changes go through Stripe Checkout for new subs and the Stripe customer portal for existing subs.
Annual pricing
Annual plans are priced at 10× monthly — two months free, ~17% savings. Toggle on the pricing page or the in-app billing tab.
When you run out of credits
Agent operations pause for the rest of the period. Reads still work, writes still work — only AI calls bounce with a clear error. Upgrade for a larger pool, or wait for the next cycle.
