Brand DNA
The thing that makes every agent sound like you.
Brand DNA is the structured representation of your brand that Clearly attaches to every agent. It's the moat: the longer you use Clearly, the more your agents sound like you, recommend like you, and decline like you. Without brand DNA, agents are generic. With it, they are *yours*.
What it captures
Four pillars:
| Pillar | What you provide | What it powers |
|---|---|---|
| Voice | Tones (1–4) + an optional sample paragraph | How agents talk to customers, write docs, draft emails |
| Audience | Primary audience + free-form notes | Who agents assume they're talking to |
| Mission | Product type + one-line statement | What agents recommend, prioritize, decline |
| Palette | Primary, secondary, accent | Default colors for white-label widgets, doc accents |
Where to find it
The wizard lives at /brand-dna. You can edit any time from Settings → Brand. Once saved, every agent inherits it via the workspace context engine. Existing chats don't retroactively change — but new responses sound like you starting on the next prompt.
Brand sync: On Pro and Studio plans, when you change brand DNA we automatically re-run the top 5 product descriptions, top 3 doc summaries, and active campaign drafts so they reflect the new voice.
