Projects

Projects are how you scope work, agents, and brand context.

A project is a scoped container — its own files, channels, agents, and members. Every project inherits your brand DNA, but you can override per-project (different audience, different mission, different palette).

Project types

When you create a project, you pick a type. Each type ships with defaults that match how that kind of work usually happens.

TypeDefaultsBest for
ShopifyAuto-imports products, links to your storeStores
EngineeringSpecs channel, decisions log, RFC templateProduct + eng teams
MarketingCampaign brief, channel for press, calendarCampaigns + launches
DesignBrand DNA sync, asset library, style guide docDesign systems

ResearchNotes folder, citations, summary docCustomer + market

Per-project agents

On Pro and Studio plans, every project gets its own agents. Each agent reads the project's files, brand DNA, and history — so its answers are scoped to that project automatically. No prompt-engineering required.

On Free and Starter plans, every project shares the workspace agent (Omni). That's usually enough for solo work — upgrade when you need different tone / context per project.

Limits

Projects + files counts are tier-gated:
- Free — 1 project, 10 files
- Starter — 5 projects, 100 files
- Pro — 50 projects, 1,000 files
- Studio — unlimited
