Beacon is built on a single promise: nothing leaves without you. This policy explains what we collect while you are on the waitlist and, later, when you connect a mailbox — and the controls you keep over all of it.

Data we collect

While you are on the waitlist we collect only what you hand us and a little context about how you reached the page:

The email address you submit through the waitlist form.
Basic device and referral data (browser, approximate region, the link that sent you) gathered through privacy-respecting analytics.
Any messages you send us at our support address.

When the product opens and you connect a mailbox, Beacon requests read-only access and processes only the messages needed to draft a reply. We do not copy or retain your full mailbox.

How we use it

We use the data above for a short, specific list of purposes:

To send you a launch announcement and your invite when your spot opens.
To understand which channels bring the right people to the waitlist.
To draft replies in your voice once you have explicitly connected a mailbox.
To respond to your support questions and keep the service secure.

We never auto-send email on your behalf, and we never use the contents of your mailbox to train shared, cross-customer models.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the vendors that help us run Beacon — email delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics — each bound by contract to use it solely on our instructions.

We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Cookies and analytics

We keep cookies to the minimum: a small number that remember your preferences and let us measure aggregate traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the waitlist form will still work without them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

Leave the waitlist at any time using the link in any email we send.
Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Revoke a connected mailbox in two clicks once the product is live; revoking ends all access immediately.
