- Yes. Pocket Free is free forever — track two accounts, split bills, and run three goals with no card and no clock. Pro unlocks the automation and unlimited everything.
- How does Pocket keep my data safe?
- Your bank connection is read-only and encrypted end-to-end — Pocket literally cannot move your money. The app locks behind Face or Touch ID, and your vault is encrypted on device.
- Which banks does Pocket support?
- Over 12,000 banks and credit unions across the US, UK, Canada, and the EU through our bank-grade aggregation partner. If yours is missing, we’ll add it on request.
- Can I cancel the trial before I’m charged?
- Anytime. The 7-day Pro trial is managed by the App Store or Google Play — cancel in your subscription settings before day seven and you won’t be billed a cent.
- Does the Pocket Card cost anything?
- No. The Pocket Card is an optional, no-fee debit card included with Pro. Cashback routes straight into your goals, and you can add it to Apple or Google Pay in seconds.
- Is there a web version?
- Pocket is mobile-first by design — the whole experience lives on your phone. An iPad layout ships in every release; a read-only web dashboard is on the roadmap.
