We collect the information you give us directly and the technical information your device shares when you use the product. We keep this list short on purpose — if we do not need it to run Nova, we do not ask for it.

• Account details — name, work email, and organization, provided when you sign up.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and the deploys you trigger, so we can keep the service reliable.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, and timestamps, collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we store only the last four digits and the billing contact.

We use your information to operate, secure, and improve Nova — nothing more surprising than that.

• To provide the service and the features you ask for.
• To keep accounts secure and detect abuse or fraud.
• To send service notices, and — only with your consent — product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To understand which features earn their place, in aggregate and de-identified wherever possible.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the vendors that help us run the product, and only the minimum they need to do their job.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users — and we will tell you when we are permitted to.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active, then for a limited period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account data sooner, subject to the records we are required to retain.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your trust as the product.

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify you directly before the change takes effect.
