By accessing or using Nova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Nova on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Do not share a single seat across people the plan does not cover.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Use Nova for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or probing the service except where the law expressly permits it.
• No uploading of malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.

Paid plans renew automatically for the term you select until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We will give notice before any change to your plan price takes effect.

Nova and its original content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to Nova. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display it so we can operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
