Privacy
Pulse is loud about the brand and quiet about your data. This policy lays out what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
- 01Section
What we collect
We ask for the bare minimum, on purpose. If Pulse does not need a piece of information to run, we do not collect it.
- Account details — your name, email, and company, given when you create an account.
- Usage data — the pages you view and the features you use, so we can keep Pulse fast and reliable.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser, and timestamps, captured automatically for security and diagnostics.
- Payment data — handled end-to-end by our payment processor; we store only the last four digits and the billing contact.
- 02Section
How we use it
We use your information to run, secure, and sharpen Pulse — and nothing more surprising than that.
- To deliver the product and the features you ask for.
- To keep accounts safe and shut down abuse or fraud.
- To send service notices, and — only if you opt in — product news you can unsubscribe from in one click.
- To learn which features earn their place, in aggregate and de-identified wherever we can.
- 03Section
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Full stop. We share it only with the vendors that help us run Pulse, and only the slice they need to do their job.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users — and we will tell you whenever we are allowed to.
- 04Section
Cookies & tracking
We use a small set of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand — in aggregate — how Pulse is used.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Essential cookies keep the product working; turning off the rest will not lock you out.
- 05Section
Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active, then for a limited window afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to remove your account data sooner, subject to the records we are required to keep.
- 06Section
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — and to object to or restrict how we process it.
To exercise any of these, write to us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe the law sets, and we will never charge you for a reasonable request.
- 07Section
Security & changes
We protect your data with encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your trust as the product.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell you directly before the change takes effect.
This privacy policy is template copy provided with the Pulse brand kit for illustration only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Replace the placeholder details and have a qualified lawyer review the final policy before you publish it.
