Terms
These terms set the deal between you and Pulse — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in return. Plain words, on purpose.
- 01Section
Agreement to terms
By using Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Pulse for an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the product. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use Pulse after an update means you accept the revised version.
- 02Section
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten in.
- Give accurate account information and keep it current.
- Do not share a single seat across more people than your plan covers.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- 03Section
Acceptable use
Use Pulse for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the product — or help anyone else do so.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or probing the service except where the law expressly allows it.
- No uploading of malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
- 04Section
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the term you pick until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You can cancel any time from your account settings; access runs through the end of the current billing period. We will give notice before any change to your plan price takes effect.
- 05Section
Intellectual property
Pulse and its original content, features, and branding are ours and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product.
You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to Pulse. You grant us only the limited license we need to host, process, and display it so we can run the service for you.
- 06Section
Disclaimers & liability
The product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
- 07Section
Termination & governing law
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or use Pulse in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
These terms of service are template copy provided with the Pulse brand kit for illustration only. They are not legal advice and may not fit your business, product, or jurisdiction. Have a qualified lawyer review and tailor them before you rely on them.
