- Do you charge per transaction?
- No. ACH invoicing is always free, and reconciliation is included in your plan — you never pay per matched line. Card acceptance carries a flat 0.8%, with custom rates on Enterprise.
- How long does it take to connect an account?
- About five minutes. Ledger uses Plaid and direct bank links, so most institutions connect with read-only credentials in a couple of clicks. Your books begin reconciling from the first sync.
- Can my auditors get access?
- Yes — every plan includes read-only auditor access and an immutable audit log. On Growth and Enterprise we can generate a SOC 2 Type II report and provision SSO for your audit firm.
- What happens when I outgrow a plan?
- Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately — no migration, no data export. Connected accounts, history, and rules carry straight over to the new tier.
- Is my data really mine?
- Always. Export the full ledger as CSV or via API at any time, and request deletion under GDPR and CCPA. We never sell or share your financial data.
