Clearly Agent is a theme app extension — it embeds via the Shopify theme editor without code. If you already run Tidio, Intercom, or Shopify Inbox, you can disable Clearly's widget and only use the agent through their channels (we have an API-only mode).

GDPR / data privacy?

Customer-deletion, customer-data-request, and shop-deletion webhooks are wired per the Shopify GDPR template. Conversation data lives in our infrastructure with deletion on request. We don't train models on your conversations.
