License
Every file you export from Clearly comes with a commercial license baked right into it — written into the SVG itself and dropped as a LICENSE.txt inside ZIP bundles. This page is the canonical, always-current version of those terms. The “License verification” link in your downloads points here.
The short version
Sticker packs — one-time purchase, no subscription
- • Commercial & Vending packs: a full commercial resell license — sell the printed stickers and the digital PNG packs on Etsy, Shopify, or wholesale. Pack details below.
Editor plans — subscription
- • Free ($0): personal, non-commercial use only — make things for yourself, but don't sell them.
- • Starter ($29): full commercial license — sell anything you make (physical and digital), unlimited sales.
- • Pro ($69): unlimited sales, physical and digital downloads, any marketplace, print-on-demand.
- • Studio ($199): everything in Pro, plus client work, file delivery, white-label, and a team up to 5.
One rule across every paid tier: you sell the end products, not the raw editable SVG as a file. Full per-tier terms below.
Sticker sheet packs
See sticker pricing →Sticker sheets are one-time purchases — no subscription. The license you get is the pack you bought.
Commercial Print-Ready Kit
$19.99Full resale rights — sell the printed stickers AND the digital PNG packs on Etsy, Shopify, or wholesale. Unlimited sales.
The Vending Bundle
$39.99Full resale rights on all 3 sheets — sell the printed stickers and the digital PNG packs on Etsy, Shopify, wholesale, or a sticker vending machine.
Unlike the editor plans below, the Commercial & Vending sticker packs explicitly permit selling the digital PNG download packs themselves — not only the printed end-products.

The fine print
What the license covers
The license applies to original artwork you generate on Clearly — the vectors, illustrations, icons, and scenes Monet draws from your prompts. Your license tier is whichever plan was active on your account when you exported the file. Downgrading later doesn't revoke the license on files you've already exported; it only changes what new exports grant.
“End products,” not raw files
Every paid tier lets you sell the things you make with your art — printed stickers, shirts, mugs, posters, digital downloads (on Pro and up). What no tier grants is reselling the raw editable SVG as a file for others to design with, or redistributing it as clip-art / a design asset. That keeps the marketplace fair for every maker on Clearly.
Free is personal-use only
On the Free plan you can make anything you like for yourself, but you may not sell it or use it for client/commercial work. Upgrade to Starter ($29) or higher the moment you want to sell — the upgrade applies to everything you export afterward.
Attribution
No attribution is required on any plan. Studio and Enterprise are explicitly white-label for client delivery. A “Generated with Clearly.sh” line is written into the export comment for provenance, but you're free to remove it from anything you ship.
