Refund policy

What you’re buying

SVG exports. A one-time purchase of the watermark-free master of a vector you generated or vectorized, plus its commercial licence, as a ZIP. You pay once and nothing renews.

Brand books. A one-time purchase of the full deck — every slide, the live site, the editable marks and the licensed package.

Subscriptions. Creator, Pro and Studio are recurring plans billed monthly, giving you AI credits and the commercial licence tied to your tier.

Templates. Each template or brand-system purchase delivers a downloadable bundle (a Next.js project, a standalone HTML build, a README, and a commercial license). Delivery is instant — you get the download on the confirmation screen and by email the moment payment clears.

Sticker sheets. Each sticker pack delivers a print-ready bundle: the full transparent sheet, every individual sticker PNG, a layered print-then-cut PDF, the vector cut-line SVGs (one for the sheet and one per sticker), and a commercial resell license (LICENSE.txt) — all in one ZIP. The Vending pack grants 3 sheets. Delivery is instant via your download page and receipt email.

SVG exports & brand books — final once delivered

You see exactly what you’re buying before you pay. We render the finished artwork and show it to you watermarked; the only thing the payment removes is the watermark. There’s no “not what I expected” — you already saw it.

Because the file is delivered the moment payment clears and cannot be returned or un-downloaded, these purchases are final. They don’t carry the 14-day window that templates and subscriptions do.

That’s about buyer’s remorse, not about us failing. We will always fix or refund if:

• the file never arrived, or the download link doesn’t work;
• the file is corrupt, empty, or won’t open in normal vector software;
• you were charged more than once for the same file, or charged for something you didn’t buy;
• you received a different file from the one you paid for.

Email hello@clearly.sh from your purchase address and we’ll sort it out. We’d rather fix a broken file than keep ten dollars.

Statutory rights come first: where the law in your country gives you a cancellation or refund right that this policy doesn’t, the law wins — see the EU/UK note below.

14-day money-back guarantee

This covers templates, all-access and subscriptions. If a purchase isn’t right for you, email hello@clearly.sh within 14 calendar days of the charge and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

Subscriptions also have a second exit that isn’t a refund at all: cancel any time from the billing portal and you keep your tier until the period you’ve already paid for ends. There’s nothing to claim back and nothing further is charged.

How to request: reply to your receipt, or email hello@clearly.sh from the address you bought with (or include the Stripe receipt / cs_… session id). We submit the refund within 1 business day.

Because the files are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” a refund is granted on the good-faith understanding that you’ll stop using the files and delete them from your projects. We don’t verify this — we’re trusting you, and we’d rather keep it that way.

EU / UK customers — right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, consumer law lets you waive the standard 14-day withdrawal period in exchange for instant access — but only if you were asked to consent to immediate delivery and told that consenting gives up your right to withdraw.

We don’t currently ask for that acknowledgement at checkout. So if you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right still applies to SVG exports and brand books, notwithstanding “final once delivered” above, and we will honour it. We’d rather tell you that than rely on a term that wouldn’t hold.

For everything else on this page, the guarantees we offer are more generous than the statutory minimum. Your local statutory rights are unaffected either way.

All-access purchases

Personal and Team all-access are one-time purchases with the same 14-day window from the date of charge. After 14 days the purchase is final — but it’s lifetime access with no recurring billing, so there’s nothing to cancel.

Custom commissions

Commissioned work (via /request) is bespoke and scoped per project — it isn’t an instant-download product, so the 14-day template guarantee doesn’t apply. Refund and milestone terms for commissions are agreed in writing before work begins.

Lost your download?

You don’t need a refund to get your files back — recovery is free and instant.

• SVG exports & brand books: the link in your receipt email works as often as you need it — the paid order is the proof of purchase, so it doesn’t expire. Signed-in buyers also have every file in their library.
• Templates: use the template recovery page (enter your purchase email).
• Sticker sheets: open the download link in your receipt email, or use the sticker recovery page to re-send your download links. Signed-in buyers also have every sheet saved in their library.

When we may decline a refund

• The 14-day window has passed on a purchase covered by that window (excluding statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction). Sticker sheet packs have no such window — their guarantee doesn’t expire.
• Buyer’s remorse on an SVG export or brand book that was delivered correctly — you previewed the artwork before paying, and the file can’t be returned. Our own failures are always covered; see that section above.
• Evidence that the files were redistributed or resold in violation of the license.
• Repeated refund abuse — e.g. buying, downloading, and refunding the same product multiple times.

In any such case we’ll explain in writing and offer one round of appeal to hello@clearly.sh.

How your refund comes back

A refund returns the amount you were charged, in the currency you were charged in, by the same method you paid with. We submit it within 1 business day of your request; how long it then takes is up to the payment network:

• Cards, wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link), Klarna, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay: 5–10 business days back to the original card or account. International cards can take longer.
• UPI (India): refundable within 60 days of payment. Refunds are processed asynchronously and can take up to 7 business days to reach your bank.
• Pix (Brazil): refundable within 90 days of payment, and normally lands within minutes.
• Bank-transfer and voucher methods: we return them to the account the payment came from, where the network allows it.

If we ever add a payment method that can’t be reversed by its own network — some cash and voucher schemes can’t be — we’ll say so at checkout and arrange a bank transfer instead. None of the methods we currently offer work that way.

Currency and your bank. We refund the exact amount we charged, in the same currency. If your bank converted that into a different home currency when you paid, the amount that lands back may differ slightly because the exchange rate moved. That difference is your bank’s, not ours — we neither set it nor keep it.

Brazilian customers — IOF. Pix payments to businesses outside Brazil carry IOF, a 3.5% Brazilian government tax, which is added on top of the listed price and collected by our payment partner. We never receive it, so we can’t return it; we refund the full price you paid us.

Payments that haven’t arrived yet

Some methods finish in your banking app rather than on our checkout page — Pix is the main one. Until the money actually arrives there is no payment and nothing to refund: you haven’t been charged, and no purchase exists.

If you change your mind at that point, simply don’t complete the transfer — nothing is taken and the request lapses on its own. If you do complete it and then need a refund, any window described above runs from the day the money arrives, not the day you checked out.
